​My name is Lilla, I am from Hungary, and I am one of the founders of the Story Hoppers Club. Reading has been my passion since I was a child, and being able to connect with my favourite books is an opportunity I never imagined I would have.
Story
In the world of The Paul Street Boys, I am connected to the story by being Nemecsek’s big sister. The book has always been one of my favorites, but the ending broke my heart into pieces everytime I read it. In my ideal Paul Street Boys story, Nemecsek doesn’t die, but is saved by his big sister, who doesn’t allow him to go to the botanical garden the night when he caught a cold. The war still happens between the two groups, and Nemecsek still gets a little sick when he goes to the Red Shirts alone, but his sickness isn’t as severe as in the original story, and after a few weeks of rest he recovers completely.
